newb here! obvs. 😜

I'm passionate about #BrainHealth & #Neuro stuff, having had a #BrainTumour & related epilepsy for 26yrs, the BT was 95% removed in 2 #awakeCraniotomies. The UK #NHS is AMAZING! Also had 2 strokes, most recently Dec 2021. My recovery now VERY SLOW, painfully so!.

- good job I have an amazing rehab team!
#neuroPhysio and O.T., they're helping me Tons.
I really want to get back to #running and #musicMaking (both great for neuroplasticity & my MH)
