Welcome to New Lanark and the Falls of Clyde.

New Lanark was founded in the late 18th century to house, educate, and develop the mill workers who worked at the cotton mills here along the River Clyde.

The amazing New Lanark World Heritage Site. This historic mill complex and village was built from 1785 in a previously inaccessible gorge of the River Clyde, a mile south-west of Lanark. Out on the 6th of January my first orchestral suite. Inspired by the New Lanark world heritage site on the river clyde.

It was rather cold on the river last week. Here's a picture to prove it.

Compared to the rest of the UK Scotland has relatively large forest and woodland cover at ~ 19% (10% in England). Still far cry from EU average at 38%.

I've sent my masters to the label. My first #OrchestralSuite will be released in early January. Quite exciting!
