Today I clipped my 3-month-old's nails for the first time. All going well until the 8th nail - now baby is wearing a plaster quickly fashioned from kitchen roll, tape, and mom-guilt.

Started to make my breakfast instead, looked back at the monitor, baby has gone back to sleep! I've never set out my mat so quickly. Managed to sneak 15 whole minutes of yoga before he woke up again. Given the uncertain time available I focused on what will help me most with #climbing - planks, twists and hip adductor stretches. #parenting #newparents
