Is there a place to subscribe to on the #fediverse that lists newly discovered channels / posts their new bio + avatar as a #mastodon text post? it would be useful to wait until the new user has a valid bio + avatar, and then maybe give them the option to "send to admins to promote a new channel" (kinda like saying #newprofilephoto )
