Loads of police around #birmingham #newstreet station this morning. Anybody know what happened?

Moment of total confusion at Birmingham #NewStreet Station. There's these semi-branded Regional Railways #train cars mooching about, so I look them up and the only source I find is a modern, nicely designed website for #RegionalRailways... written *entirely as if the year is 1992*. https://regional-railways.co.uk/
