The #MonthOnPop BEGINS! And off to a decent start with #vrchat running perfectly underneath Linux
This is Day 1 of my Month of Pop, my first time properly trying Linux as an Operating System! So far, pretty fun!
I'm using PopOS with the NVIDIA 525 Driver on an RTX 3060 with a Ryzen 7 3700X and it's going alright so far, expect regularly updates only on Mastodon as to how this goes!

Recently I made the switch from Windows to Linux and settled on Linux Mint instead of Debian 12 for simplicity’s sake. However, since switching I’ve found out about Peppermint OS, and am interested in trying that out. So many distros, so little time.

Upgrade to: Linux Mint 19.2.
Linux Mint indeed is a popular Linux operating system / this video shows how to upgrade from 19.1.
Linux Mint lets you choose the Linux kernel freely, no automatics.
Users like the fact that it is THEM who make the decisions, not some piece of software. A similarity amongst so many Linux distributions.
There's nothing one couldn't accomplish on Linux as on Windows nowadays.
