On iOS, Ivory is an excellent client. I hear good things about Tusky on Android.

Unlike twitter, where hashtags are worse than useless, here they are essential. you can follow them just like any account.

@Signs at first it was slightly overwhelming, but I think that was simply down to being used to the twitter platform.

I think it took me a day or so to find my feet. There are still some bits and bobs I'd like to know, but I'm happy with what I know now.

The thought of change was far more scary than the change itself.

While transitioning to #mastodon I noticed that if I look up someone’s profile then scroll through their followers I can only see those that are in the same instance as me. Any workarounds? #newtomastodon

I like just boosting people’s art when I’m able cuz i think it’s cute I hope one day #Mastodon gets a feature like Reblogging or Retweeting so y’all can see me nerding out over how cool I think people’s masterpieces are.
