@nielspflaeging I agree every company is a institution. I guess I don't understand the motivation behind why a company would want to adopt philosophy, without pressure from ? Business motivation is 99% about - is a huge motivation factor. I'm saying: market this to consumers, publish lists of businesses so consumer can choose them over competition. This will drive adoption. Snowball effect.

But here is the thing: Every company is a institution. Every company in the world!
(I think due to this, the idea of is quite ridiculous, or treacherous, in fact.)
Because, again, every organization is a social institution, by "creating value for humans through humans, with humans."

But in order to grasp this reality, we must understand that happiness at work cannot be produced, directly.
