I have an #NFC tag that can start a 20 minute timer on my phone and that's a bit over the top I think but I've also ordered some NFC tags in sticker format and I'm gonna put one or two on my school-notepad for a studytimer or two.

It's kinda cute when #vendors slap an #NFC tag with #password on things as a form av #DRM, and you have the unit that will read said #tag. You can just ask the reader for the password, to reread their tag and read all pages of data from it and also just write your own data back to the tag.

Tipp Nr.17: Smartphones sind mit einer Vielzahl von Schnittstellen und Sensoren wie WiFi, Bluetooth, Kamera, Mikrofon, NFC etc. ausgestattet. Insbesondere ungenutzte Schnittstellen sollten, da sie Angriffsvektoren darstellen, nur dann aktiv sein, wenn sie wirklich benötigt werden. Dies spart nicht nur Akku, sondern kann bspw. auch vor WiFi-Tracking schützen.
