Das Gemeinnützigsrecht würde zwar nicht direkt berührt, aber die Gemeinnützigkeit von #ECBAs mit Sitz in anderen Mitgliedsstaaten müsste anerkannt werden. Das könnte eine Art #ForumShopping bei #NGOs die ohnehin #EU-weit tätig sind auslösen. Es gäbe also Konkurrenz bezüglich gemeinnütziger Zwecke.
