このレシピを参考にしました。期待していたほど煮干しの風味は出なかった。粉末にして油に混ぜて加熱する方がいいのかね。

Today's dinner. Dried niboshi Miso Ramen , Miso Soup.
I used this recipe as a reference. It didn't have as much niboshi flavor as I was hoping for. Would it be better to powder it and mix it with oil and heat it?
