Had a lovely night ride home tonight after an unexpected trip to the VA for family. Unfortunately I hadn’t planned on being out after dark, so I didn’t have a headlight.

First bike commute home the dark in many years. I felt pretty visible but I feel like I'll probably ride a little slower at night. Watching the road for bumps and cracks is a little like guitar hero when you're going fast and can't see far out into the distance. I feel like wheel lights give me side visibility but I need to find better ones. I'm going to miss my monkeylectrics. #bikecommute #nightbiking
