The NTIA and BBC bemoan the effect of cost of living on #nightclubs and dance music scene however, neither of them want to admit that folk in the early to late 90s weren't /that/ rich either, but the scene was propped up by laundered money from partydrugs sales, which like it or not the authorities have been fairly successful at reducing over the last 20 years (hence why the Tories make a big thing about it, as they can claim credit for something they have already done)
