Ok definitely need recs for night sweats. The house is currently at 63 degrees and I'm still soaking through my pillows. This is after having only electrolyte additive water all day and pickles before bed time. Dysautonomia tests are being done, but I need some relief. I'm so hot I can't fall asleep. Also, I'm 31. I shouldn't feel like I'm going through menopause. Help!

Well, my body is telling me that the witching hour is nearly upon me. I actually used an alarm this morning to ensure I was up early after a not-so-good-night. Pain & night sweats together conspired to keep waking me up.

Tonight, I intend to sleep...with no alarm going off in the morning, if I can help it.

It's a chilly day, so I finally resorted to fleece pj pants to warm up aching knees. We'll see how long before I'm overheating though!

I did sleep with my "cooling" blanket last night for the first time. I *think* I like it, but I'll like it better when it's warm all night.
