Hmm, I fairly recently managed to get my hands on a physical copy of #NightWitches (which was surprisingly hard to get here without paying a forty in shipping) that was the last one I had a yearning to own.
Maybe I'll cheat a little and go for the deluxe edition of 'Horror on the Orient Express' luxury KS edition..

Just rounded off my episodic homebrew TTRPG campaign called Gals & Gasoline, based on the Special airplane forces now known as Nacht Hexen or Night Witches. 10/10 recommend diving into this specific bit of history, and if you don't want to homebrew it; try the official Night Witches RPG by Bully Pulpit Games :)

Y otra mini-reseña del #libro (#cómic, de nuevo) "Capitana Marvel" (guión de Kelly Sue DeConnick, todo lo demás de Dodson, Dodson y Delgado).
¿Qué puedo decir? ¡Muy bien! El trasfondo militar de la capitana, que además se presenta acríticamente, mal, claro. Pero dejando eso de lado, las historias muy bien. Salen, y bastante, las #Mercury13 (aunque, claro, se obvia la historia de las #NightWitches, las aviadoras soviéticas que sí combatieron a los nazis). Y alguna de las historias de viajes en el tiempo me recordaban a las de Supreme de Alan Moore. Muy bien todo.
Mi historieta favorita, que es de la recojo las imágenes de abajo (la última de esta tapa dura), hace referencias -aunque sean ambiguas- a #Chomsky :anarchoheart3: y al movimiento #Occupy :anarchoheart1: , y tiene temática de revolución social vs lo corporativo vs el Estado, con la legitimidad de la propiedad privada por el camino. Bastante bien, dentro de que el mensaje es de ideología más bien estatista, claro.
Me quedo con ganas de leer más historias de Robyn Hood.
