What’s the secret ingredient to an authentic #Tuscan #Italian herb blend? It’s the #nipitella, an native herb that’s wild in Tuscany. Also known as “lesser #calamint”, or can sometimes be found in nurseries. The rest of the blend includes the #garden-grown rosemary, sage, and parsley. No thyme, unless you red to substitute for nipitella. The #herbs should be well-chopped. Excellent on pork, salsa with lemon juice on sausage, roasted artichokes, poultry, game, and so on. #food #gardening
