The Crescent Nebula (NGC 6888) 5000 ly distance from us in the constellation Cygnus.
I captured this over 2 nights (Wednesday and Friday) this week with a total of 8 hrs of integrated 5 minute narrowband (Ha and Oiii) exposures. The skies were a bit hazy from the forest fire smoke from Alberta. #astrophotography #nlastro #clearskies #nebula

Last night night’s HOO capture of IC410 aka Tadpoles #Nebula and the first quarter #moon. Seeing and transparency was less than ideal so I managed 15x 300” on both the Ha and Oiii. Used a luminance filter for the moon shot. #astrophotgraphy #nlastro
