Backdoor update. The card ‘door’ I made and painted with undercoat last night is looking like a good fix. It needs trimmed and a cross piece needs to go below the window and above the panels. The window mullions will be cut to fit then all the pieces painted before assembly. The paper hinges can be ‘caught’ between the two parts of the door and the oiled wooden finish will be facing inside the kitchen to match the dresser, chairs, and table. #MakersHour #dollshouse #miniatures #No52

An update on my Art Déco one twelfth scale chairs. I cut a round base from plywood. Then I boiled home-laminated veneer, gluing to the base as I went, and bound it tightly with string until it dried. #miniatures #woodworking #No52 1/4
