We saw a Right Whale this morning in Palm Coast. The Atlantic Right Whale is endangered. They often come close to shore while feeding, making them vulnerable to boat strikes.

Check your nautical maps, avoid the Right Whale areas, and keep an eye on the water, they’re moving north! If you see a Right Whale on the water, stay 500 yards away.

This whale appeared to be a mother with calf, slowly moving through a feed zone. We saw a pod of dolphins near the whale as well.
