Not a bad day in the office - all right, my kitchen.
I baked the sourdough bread that had been resting in the fridge overnight, and then I decided to bake one more big pie (for the freezer), using the type of almond dough I'd experimented with two days ago, and using up all my fridge leftovers as filling (plus cheese...)

Both bread and pie turned out fine.
