First session of No Country For Old Kobolds done! Comparing to Dungeon Worlds, it's easier to find a common tone, as the register is clearly comical (we play kobolds who keep dying and reproducing). The system is even easier, but perhaps too much gamified? My players wanted missions that wouldn't be focused on their village's needs, something that the rules don't allow.
