I've never seen tea cream down so much. This is cold, straight, unsweetened, unadulterated black tea: Taylors Assam, IIRC. Made it Wednesday or Thursday, but it looked about the same then as it does now. It looks like Apricot nectar. :) It's also pretty good, IMO.

Two weeks into my #nodairy experiment: my energy levels are noticeably higher. I’ve lost 7 lbs from my start weight and maintained. No phlegm build up in my throat. I can finally breathe clearly through both my nostrils. (One of my nostrils always felt perpetually blocked before) No more “baby fanny pack” belly. No more arthritic knee pain. I feel freaking great!! (I’m using oat milk as a substitute for milk.) #health #weightloss
