10k done. 3 parks, river's edge - nature's gym. Embracing the grind, the pain, the reward. No room for weakness, only forward. Each step, a victory. The path isn't easy, but it's worth it. #DisciplineEqualsFreedom #NoDaysOff

Back from vacation. Didn't skip a beat. 5k + 1 mile run through the town - clockwork. Discipline doesn't take breaks. What's your routine? Make it count. It's not about rest, it's about resilience. #DisciplineEqualsFreedom #NoDaysOff

Sounds from another room… One kid screaming in pain while another yells “Are you ok?” over and over after some kind of wrestling disaster. #siblings #parenting #NoDaysOff

Day 400 kicking daily! Boss Nymph! I'm grateful for 400 days and I pray for health and mobility so that I may be able to keep going! No days off.

In the spirit of "If it's worth doing, it's worth doing badly," I didn't have enough energy to do all the dishes after a full day of work, so I did some dishes and rinsed off the rest and wiped off the counters. #Work #Chores #NoDaysOff
Merry Christmas, especially to #EssentialWorkers who are #WorkingOnChristmas because things would fall apart without them and caring is 24/7/365 thing. Municipal workers, animal shelter volunteers, those giving their day helping the homeless, nurses and medical staff; if you’re working today, DM me a Venmo/cash/ko-fi link and let me buy you a coffee to say thanks. #EssentialPublicServices #VolunteerWork #HealthcareWorkers #NoDaysOff

An unexpected benefit of having done a Ragnar. Woke up on a scheduled run morning to pouring rain outside. Very tempted to punt.
And then I thought, wait a minute. It’s just rain? I get to start fully rested, hydrated, and uninjured? And I get to immediately dry off, eat a great brunch, and hang with friends someplace warm with hot chocolate after? And I only have to run once? None of these were true at Ragnar and I did it anyway.
7 mi in the cold October rain and loved it. #NoDaysOff
