Ran to the gym for some — I love that as I’m getting ready I’m just slathering everything on really quickly after my shower.. so there is witch hazel, shea butter, deodorant, perfume (or cologne — whatever I grabbed and spritz into the air).

Can someone tell me why I decided to scrub my hair before the gym? Also TIL rinse your hair from said shampoo or it’s bound to go all into your eyes as your scrubbing your feet. Eh.. live and learn 😭😭😭😭😭
