Since having to work in an open plan office, one of my hobbies has been #noisecancellation headphones. I now have the perfect sets with a Sony WH-1000xm3 at work, and Bose NC700 and QC45 for home and travel.

Was that the end of the road? Of course not. I have several different earbuds, for cycling and walking and just lying on the bed. But not noise-cancelling.

My ears have always been a bit problematic, I have had so many swimmers ears, i.e. blocked and inflamed earducts.

Definitely do this from time-to-time with my earbuds (Sony LinkBuds S) when I'm trying to concentrate.
