It's been one year since #Minneapolis #police executed a #NoKnock search warrant at the apartment where 22 year old #AmirLocke was staying. Locke was not a suspect, nor was his name on the warrant. He was shot seconds after the police entered... still tangled up in the blankets where seconds before he had been asleep.

Locke was a law-abiding citizen. He legally owned his gun and he had a gun permit.
