Both Pointee and Pointed sound OK, but Pointee sounds a tad bit better (like Appointee, though I haven't heard of Appointer).

The wallabies and pademelons usually go back to the forest at dawn, but these two wallabies stayed out a bit late this morning. Photos are to scale - one was much bigger than the other.
Interestingly, it's just been determined that wallabies are a different genus to kangaroos. So these have been changed from Macropus rufogriseus to Notamacropus rufogriseus. Yup, someone thought it would be funny to prefix the old genus with "not a".😂

#Audubon was a such a tool. Why did we let him just name bird species after his friends/customers?
#GideonBSmith might have been an interesting guy – he seems to be *the* person who first figured out and published predictions on #emergence of 13- and 17-year #cicadas – but there's no evidence to suggest he ever encountered the #longspur named in his honor.
Naming that bird #Smith's longspur tells us nothing about the bird. It's just senseless croneyism.
