Ich habe nun schon mehrfach gelesen man solle Meta nicht von vornherein blockieren, sondern "erstmal abwarten" was da kommt.

Diese Menschen wissen offensichtlich nicht
wer/was #Meta ist und womit sie ‼️Milliarden‼️ verdienen.
Meta, #Google, #Apple, #Twitter usw. sind unternehmen die dir nur so viel #Privatsphäre und #Datenschutz bieten, wie sie gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet sind. Im Grunde jedoch sind sie gegen PuD. Jeder Nutzer ihrer Produkte, steht somit voll und ganz hinter diesen Unternehmen und derer Unternehmemspolitik.

Wenn wir also "erstmal abwarten" was kommt, könnte es bereits zu spät sein.
Daher lieber kein Risiko eingehen.

Meta hat sich kein Vertrauen verdient!

Anyone who wishes to call me "elitist" for not wanting anything to do with Meta should consider that those who use that word are not likely to be the people I'd be interested in following to begin with . This is why God gave us the miracles of the "block" and the "mute" buttons. #elitist ##NoMeta

Let me make this abundantly clear. The reason I want nothing to do with #Meta on Mastodon is not because I'm afraid of or have no respect for women. It is because I don't want Meta scraping my personal info or co-opting my posts/content.

And, if I were interested in the crap they peddle on Instagram, I'd be on Instagram. Meta is diametrically opposed to my values and interests. They are opposed to the values of #Mastodon in general and @SDF in particular. #NoMeta
