少年は焼き場のふちに、5 分か10分、立っていたでしょうか。白いマスクの男達がおもむろに近づき、ゆっくりとおんぶひもを解き始めました。この時私は、背中の幼子が既に死んでいる事に、初めて気付いたのです。男達は、幼子の手と足を持つと、ゆっくりと葬るように、焼き場の熱い灰の上 に横たえました。

Da steh ich nun am D-Day am Strand von Courseulles-sur-Mer, Juno Beach, und kann mir gar nicht vorstellen, was hier vor 79 Jahren los gewesen ist.
Diese Gewalt, Energie und das Leid dieser vielen Menschen machen mich unendlich traurig.
Die Menschen, die vom Meer kamen, haben gekämpft und sind gefallen für etwas von dem wir heute leben.
Möge Europa für immer vereinigt sein!

Due giorni fa un giovane di 30 anni stava lavorando al cappotto di una vecchia casa, un ordigno contenente ancora esplosivo lo ha portato via, strappato direi. È di una infinita tristezza constatare come una guerra possa uccidere anche dopo più di 100 anni. #stopwar #nomorewar
