Perhaps it's just me, and I'm overreacting a bit, but I'm all for making the word "woke" a taboo word for the year.

The word has become so overused that it means nothing now.

Just look at all the recent examples! "Woke culture comes for video games" after Xbox introduced a power-saving feature (#WhatWereTheyThinking)? "Woke M&M's have returned?"

What's next? "The PGA Tour sells out to woke culture?"

This needs to stop. Use it when it actually needs using. #NoMoreWoke
