Surprised myself to have barely drank alcohol since the beginning of the year. Whereas before, it was a drink every 2nights, sometimes every night...

It's crazy how I just DON'T want to drink. No urge, no envy, not feeling to be in "a mood" for drinking. Reaching out more and more for my water bottle, because _that's what I crave_...

Will now test some non-alcohol wines and beers, to see if it would quench the "envy" for a glass when I have the urge to drink. Let's cross our fingers it does the job!

@JustinW80 Oh, this is great. I still drink alcohol but wanted to cut back last year and went down the whole #NA #nonalcohol rabbit hole. There are some great drinks out there like #Pathfinder hemp spirits, #MondayGin, and Athletic brand NA Beer.
