A reminder to all people who wear packers, regardless of gender:

While a packer strap or harness is great (I recommend MyPack), underpants with the pouch pockets for bits (the danglies, the testicles) can hold both foam and silicone packers a lot of the time and look pretty realistic!

Great if you have sensory issues with layers or tight waistbands or anything!
