Don't mistake motion for movement. Just because we are flailing our arms in the water we are not necessarily swimming.

Direction, the timed pause, the steadiness and fullness of breath, intentional co-ordination, the limbs to the mind, a synchronicity with the eyes, the gaze, the feedback of the body, the purpose... so much takes place that solidifies that one step forward.

Allow. So that when you do move, it carries all of you with it.

Listen to the obstacle.
Understand the resistance.
Overworking something can render it as ineffective as underworking it. Like cake batter or bread dough.

The proof is an allowing. A period of rest in which the organic chemistry of the process is allowed its own time to unfold.

is not always purposeful if it does not understand the process in which it acts and what it contributes to it. When this is comprehended, you can provide as much action as is required.

sometimes the harder you push the less you're able to do.

here, be still. stop doing.

this is because either you have not understood the direction of the action required, or its plane.

You could be pushing what you need to pull. Many things get done tangibly only when they get done intangibly. When the thought and intention are not aligned, or clear, the action runs ahead.

Wait. Sit with. Have patience for. Allow yourself to catch up with yourself

Too many people struggle with because they imagine it to be a thing one has to do.

When in fact it is . It is not even a struggle against the mind. It is not a struggle against the environment. Where there is struggle there is no meditation. It is allowing.

As is, we are.

As says, meditation is the universe breathing through you.
