Morning all! Who’s off for a bit of #parkrun this morning, if so tell me a bit about where you #run and would you recommend the course. My home #parkrun is #NonsucPark #Sutton where is normally just short of 2 laps and mainly grass with a couple of pesky hills thrown in. Looks like we are switching to the Winter course this morning which means no hills but mainly grass. Beautiful park. Does anybody run with their #dog😬🏃🏼‍♀️🐶 I take Freddie every now and then but he slows me down 😀
