Not 100% sure this if this is causation or corellation, but the freight trains running through #Dayton seem to be going slower and sounding horns from outside city all the way through.

This is especially noticible in the middle of the night!

Remember, the whole reason the train derailed, is because the profit of the railroads was and is more important than safety standards, workers rights, and a national commuter rail.
