I can't put into words how proud I am of my amazing wife, Kate. For 2 years she has worked to rebuild her life from serious #mentalillness. Now, she's joining me and some swim pals to participate in the #NorthEastSkinnyDip on Sunday September 24th 2023. Seriously thinking of taking part in this year's #NorthEastSkinnyDip, the UKs largest annual mass #SkinnyDip.

Last year over 1200 brave souls plunged clothes-free at dawn into the #NorthSea at #DuridgeBay to see in the Autumn. After running for a decade, #NESD has raised an amazing £100,000 for #MIND, the #MentalHealth charity.

Somebody probably needs to talk me out of this...
