I don’t know if there are many cities in the world like #Joensuu where one can go ice fishing, wander in an old-growth forest and read the fishing magazines in a library before picking up a fine Norwegian Fjellpulken for a cheap rental. #NorthKarelia 🤠

I think I'm going to head out to this Kota hut first because it's close to the road and I'll get the Fjellpulken pretty late in the evening, at 6 pm on Monday.
-4°C shouldn't be too cold for my winter sleeping bag even though the Kota isn't like a hut with a stove.
