Operator Starsky (YouTube) suggests if Russian Freedom fighters can liberate Russia from the Putin Regime, they may even bring propagandaists and war criminals to justice.

Think about it, Belgorod could be a place for 1 million Russians who left Russia to return. And, a haven for those avoiding conscription and/or prison for being against the war... just for starters. 🙂
