Mother of a bride was killed at a hotel in #NorthYorkshire when run over by #RangeRover driven by the venue's owner, a court has heard.
#JudithWadsworth, 66, was struck while she was on a pedestrian crossing at the #ConistomHotel in February 2020.
Ms Wadsworth was at the hotel near #Skipton to attend her daughter's wedding, a trial at #BradfordCrownCourt was told.
#NicholasBannister, 64, denies causing her death by careless driving.

A change of plans meant rediscovering the incredible Kingsdale.
Arguably one of the "crowning" (sorry) features of Kingsdale is a pair of giant boulders teetering near the valley's western edge. They are known as the Cheese Press Stones.

Church of St Edmund King and Martyr, Kellington, North Yorkshire. A 12th century church located about a quarter of a mile outside the village, one of the few churches of the period the Victorians didn't try to 'improve' by building a spire on the tower! I’ve been a bit quiet on here, mainly due to trying to tame a third of an acre of wild and woolly #NorthYorkshire! In spite of our prime directive to first and foremost clear weeds and start a decent #compost system, I have managed to plant a bit ☺️
I’ve also been having a go at #SeedSaving these #HeritageVegetables, #pumpkins and #WinterSquash. #GardenOrganic’s Heritage Seed Library has been the source of some incredible veg for me over the last few years.

@mttaggart read this with horror as our #NorthYorkshire #Libraries use #OverDrive .. logged in to see they are now clearly switching to #BorrowBox. #Libby is still available but maybe not for long. Due to massive cuts to services many of our libraries are volunteer run and suspect they can't afford the hike in fees.

This is a varied walk, #NorthYorkshire walk starting off by Leighton Reservoir and circling over Ilton Moor before returning via farmland and a pleasant stream to the start. It is a walk on clear tracks and is very easy to navigate. Details at tinyurl.com/yrha6s45

All the places I used to know closed down. Or I think one place may be open, but the proprietor always made me uncomfortable. Recs for places where you can be left alone to browse and try stuff on/proprietor isn't a creep appreciated.
Context: I am disabled and can't travel much but want to feel hot. Sexy clothes often need to be tried on. I like #alternative #goth but there's not a lot here.
