So it's almost 1AM and seems like demonstrations are dissipating.

Rally focused on speeches and playing the national anthem, police arrived without riot gear, and the promise to withdraw the bills all seemed to disarm the energy from nights before.

Members of Georgian Dream announced they would be rescinding the controversial foreign agents law. Protesters plan to be out tonight for clarity on how and to what extent it is removed or revamped, and continuing to demand the release of everyone detained at the protests.
