Ich habe letzte Woche meine halbjährliche Fleischbestellung los geschickt.
Nichts besonderes. Hühnchenleber, Entenbrust, Kassler und Blut- und Leberwurst.

Vor ca. 35-30 Jahren gab es die immer nur zu einem bestimmten Wochentag beim Metzger. Mittlerweile sind sie aus den meisten Theken verschwunden.
Naja, ich habe mir genau die Würste für heute und morgen gemacht.
Als Kind mochte ich die Blutwurst besonders. Mittlerweile mag ich beide.

Last night we enjoyed a wonderfully marbled t-bone from the #IrishDexter we purchased from a local farm. The picture is horrible but the meat was a perfect medium rare. Carrots are from the garden. Tonight its burgers from the same cow. What a difference in taste from big box grocers. Cost effective too.
