Nevertheless, the tolerances are so tight that extracting the power supply to determine whether it has, in fact, blown its zap, will require me to dismantle the entire build.

Also, the power supply is the only component in the thing that isn’t studded with 60 extraneous LEDs to say “Look at me, I’m working.”

Linux 🙄: Linux is great! I've got systemd which is a partial clone of Mac's launchd, and Wayland which is like DirectX, and GNOME which is like Windows XP, including the askew, chubby icons with the eye-searing palette! I don't install programs, I docker in an entire VM so I don't have to resolve package versions. I've never rebuilt from source, binary packages are so convenient! I'm using Pulse audio and it works 33% of reboots!
