A year ago I got an estimate for a new fence. The salesman told me yeah prices were high but probably won't go down any time soon.
I called his bet by waiting. Now my fence is probably going to cost the same but they'll profit twice as much... I really need to learn how to short stocks/futures/whatever would have made me money by the price dropping by 69.97% (nice.)
