I've been taking a look at Threads for the past couple of days (just out of curiosity). Weirdly with all the content in my stream for people and things I have no interest in, it feels a lot like Twitter did when I left there #notforme

fwiw, I'm "semi-relaxed" on CWs. When in doubt use them; personally I don't want to see medical/body stuff. Longer rants, esp. politics, benefit from depol/uspol/ukpol etc.
