For those who don't know, Himself has some pretty awful chronic pain issues and sometimes has extremely bad nights. We have had 2 of those nights this week.

He also has fairly bad asthma which also leads to bad nights sometimes, although not this time.

This is on top of my own sleep issues, so I am a bit of a mess today.
