Asked , an A.I. bot, a question:

Is it legal to annex a country with no treaty of cession?

Even an artificial intelligence bot knows that it's not. The United States is illegally occupying the Hawaiian Kingdom.

The illegal overthrow happened 130 years ago on the 17th of this month. Watch online this year to see the protests. Onipa‘a Kakou!

1 of 3 held with the United States:

US TREATY WITH THE HAWAIIAN ISLANDS

Entered into force August 24, 1850

Article I
There shall be perpetual peace and amity between the United States and the King of the Hawaiian Islands, his heirs and his successors.

43 years later, U.S. invades Hawai'ian Kingdom & begins which is ongoing since 1893, 130 years on Jan. 17

@bigrb @Developit with all due respect, Sir, that actually isn't true. Hawai'i isn't a state of the United States but is an Independent Nation State under belligerent occupation by the United States military. I know I sound like a lunatic.

To have extinguished the Hawaiian Kingdom, the United States needs to show evidence of a treaty of cession, whether by conquest or otherwise.

There exists no such treaty. Instead, the United States enacted a congressional law on July 7, 1898, purporting to have annexed the Hawaiian Islands.
