The programs Ds are backing are types that various forms of democratic gov't w/ a social democracy-style economy use. Like Denmark, a parliamentary democracy/monarchy combo form of gov't w/ a strong social safety net built into economy. 2)

I get so tired of the bs about socialism & how Ds play into the misconception Rs push. The type of socialist gov't, like USSR, they're evoking w/ horror is one where gov't takes over all means of production and runs it all. Please tell me which Dem has ever suggested this? 1)
