I love a bit of Joseph Wright on a Saturday afternoon. Plenty of interest at Nottingham Contemporary’s ‘Hollow Earth’ exhibition today, but ‘Grotto in the Gulf of Salerno’ was my personal favourite.

So, just been to the #BeingHuman2022 Festival at #NottinghamContemporary (And a trip down the transformed #BridlesmithGate ). Interesting interaction with the #university #archaeology and #digital team, and enjoyed the #photogrammetry reconstruction. The #VR was a bit more challenging!

The #BeingHuman2022 Festival is just beginning. Next week I’ll be at two great events here in Nottingham, based around our amazing #CityofCaves - a virtual reality session at the #NottinghamContemporary and a tour of the caves beneath #WollatonHall . Fantastic.
