Really disappointed that #Unison didn't manage to get 50% turnout in the ballot at #NottsHC in #Nurses and #AHP strike ballot.
Was part of the organisation that spoke to people at work but it wasn't enough.
Think it reflects the years of non engagement at work by the union. ☹️

Last day today at #NottsHC as I start the new role as Senior Data Scientist tomorrow with #MLCSU and #NHSRCommunity.

True to form I'm finishing off by documenting and tidying up the team's #RStats package. It's like a member of the team.
