Have to give a shout out to #Noumenon by Marina Lostetter. About 40% through, and while it started good with its Big Concept and the constellation of other "big concepts" it uses to drive that main story, I'm really enjoying it more with each passing chapter. It really feels like some of the old school "classics" with a new voice. Rendezvous with Rama comes to mind, but Noumenon is much more compelling in every way, from concept to characters to storytelling.

And as I call myself NOUMÈN(I)E (#PLATON or #Noumenon in English), I find it very ugly to make the Plato's cave explicite and intelligible by most people, same thing goes for the wild ref about " the sleeper must awaken" vibe from some #Dune to make the obvious message even more... Obvious
They should have add "everything is connected" just like in the tv show #Manifest urgh 😩
